Mobile Blogging!

You bet your sweet ass we can.

We came naked and barefoot

Hello, Although my distinguished colleague may have beaten me to the first post I feel as though my insight will be notably different and deserves its own inaugural post... sorry Aaron. Anyway, I begin with saying that there is a lot of stupid shit on the internet, I mean a lot. In response to this, i believe that me and my friends can produce something at least moderately less shitty and more entertaining. Secondly, I would like to consult the idea of adventuring. Most importantly none of the events that you may read about are in the least bit planned, which is a mortal sin if I do say so myself. It must also be said that despite their seemingly adolescent nature, these adventures are fueled by the high minded goals of fellowship and knowledge of the most human form, or some bull shit like that. (I should probably take this time to note that I will be the most pretentious of all the commentators on this site and may have a tendency to dribble about the greater meaning of our escapades and ensembles; you've been warned.) Either way the basic rules are that each weekend we will head out with unclear intentions, encounter unknown accomplices, for an unforeseeable outcome. This should have all the drama and suspense of a Victorian novel, but with the added twist of incoherent interlocutors which will make it sound more like James Joyce...
In all seriousness though, I hope that if nothing else these adventures will help us enjoy each other, make some new friends, and ultimately result in some fun/excitement that can extend beyond their own physical bounds.

Happy Trails,
Kyle

HEY ADVENTURERS!

Welcome friends!

You are now reading the inaugural post of the soon-to-be critically acclaimed blog "Relatively Naked Pioneers". A lot of people often ask me: why start a blog? Well the reason is quite simple actually; two weeks ago myself along with a collective of fellow adventurers found ourselves on the roof of a local home creating a "Gin Bucket List" - which is a list of things to do before we graduate from college. Included on this list was the commandment to "start a blog". That my friends is as good a reason as I can think of to start a blog... because the "Gin Bucket List" told me to.

Now that the blog exists, what next? Well a blog isn't a blog without purpose (okay it probably is) and this is no exception to that rule. Every week myself and a lovely smattering of my fellow adventurers/pioneers will post the adventure relevant details of our lives as well as insights into the greater meanings and influences that they have upon our being. Personal voices will flourish and lives shall unfold right in front of the reader's eyes as we meet new friends, make new discoveries, and of course complete the "Gin Bucket List".

So please, join us on this greater adventure and prepare yourself for laughs, thrills, tears, cheers, and indecent exposure. It'll be a hell of a year.
